If for any reason you are not satisfied with you purchase, you may return it with 30 days of the original invoice date, for a refund or an exchange.
IMPORTANT: Before returning any items, please contact us for a return/exchange Authorization.
The jewelry must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange.
Please note, we are not responsible for return shipping costs and cannot be held liable for loss or damage of return shipments.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department.
Please note that Shipping Charges will not be refunded. For orders with Free Shipping, a $1.99 basic shipping charge will be withheld for all returns. This does not apply to Exchanges.
Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
