Special orders, custom orders, altered or engraved jewelry and high quantity orders (more than 10 pieces) may not be returned for a refund, unless a special exception is made (restocking fees may apply).
The jewelry must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange.
Only 1 exchange per order is allowed. Additional exchange attempts are subject to additional shipping charges.
Please note, we are not responsible for return shipping costs and cannot be held liable for loss or damage of return shipments.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days.
For Returns, shipping charges will not be refunded, and we are not responsible for return shipping.
Returned orders with the promotional FREE SHIPPING offer are a subject to a $4.99 shipping charge when credit is issued.
Items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, re-sized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. We may make exceptions on per-case basis, however a restocking fee may be charged for such returns.
