Order questions
  1. Do you ship internationally?
    Sorry, at this time we only ship domestic orders to destinations within the United States. No international orders and shipping.

  2. How long will it take to receive my order?
    It normally takes 5 to 10 business days to receive an order. We ship orders by Standard or Expedited USPS.
    Free Shipping is also available on all orders!

  3. How much does shipping & handling cost?
    We offer shipping and handling to destinations in the United States. $4.99 for USPS Standard Shipping and $16.99 for Express shipping. For more information, visit our Shipping page.

  4. I placed an order but I did not receive it, what should I do?
    If you haven't received your order within two weeks it may have been delayed or misrouted in the postal system. In many cases, if the ship to address is wrong then the post office will return it to us. If you have waited two weeks and still have not received your order, then please contact us.

  5. Can I order more then one item?
    Yes, you can order as many items as you want. And don't forget, shipping and handling is FREE for all orders of using our FREE Shipping option. (minimum $10 order required)

  6. Will you notify me when my order is placed and when my order is shipped?
    Yes, we will send you an email whenever an order is placed and also when it is shipped. Don't forget to provide the correct email address when completing your order. And be sure to record your Order ID number because you will need this to check on the status of your order. To check the status of your order, click Check Order Status.

  7. I put in the wrong shipping address. Can you correct it?
    Only if your order hasn't been shipped. So please be sure to enter your correct address when completing your order.

  8. How can I pay for your products?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Please provide your exact credit card billing address and telephone number. For your transaction to go through without delay, your billing address must be the same one that your credit card bank has on file for you. The charge on your credit card statement will show "Shop4Silver."

  9. How can I see what items I have ordered so far?
    Please use the Check Order Status link found above. If you enter your email address and Order ID Number this feature will show you your order history.

  10. How can I return an item?
    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with 30 days of the original invoice date. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. Please visit our Returns page for more information.

  11. How do I cancel my order?
    For questions about a cancellation, please contact customer service in writing (by e-mail) and briefly explain why you would like to cancel the order. Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days. We will notify you of the result by e-mail. Any credit will be charged back to your credit card.

    Yes! Every item we sell on Shop4Silver.com is real sterling silver. You can tell by the hallmark on every piece, which signifies it is .925 sterling silver.

  2. Can I get a ring in the size I want?
    Each ring is only available in the sizes advertised on our website. However, an experienced jeweler should be able to resize most rings sold on Shop4Silver.

  3. Is there any guarantee on the jewelry?
    We offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your order. Please visit the Returns page for more information.

  4. Can I use your jewelry to give as gifts?
    Absolutely! Our jewelry makes excellent gifts for any occasion.

  5. Do you have a catalog?
    We do not currently have a catalog. All the items available are shown on our online store.
